21 Day Fix Meal & Exercise Planners

I'm the type of person that needs to write stuff down to remember, whether it be a grocery list, a trip to home depot or what I'm eating everyday. So, having just completed my 2nd week doing the #21dayfix (which rocks!) I noticed that I was going through a lot of paper (1 sheet per day). The I realized that I could probably track an entire week on one sheet. So like any normal human does when they want ideas, they hit up Pinterest.

Pinterest is great for finding cool things to do, getting ideas and even improving upon others cool ideas. So that's exactly what I've done, improved on something I saw to fit my needs.
